By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated and manual operational text messages from us via our practice management platform, Covetrus.

How We Use Your Number Text communications are used strictly to manage your pet’s care. Messages include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Prescription and food refill notifications
• Direct medical updates from our veterinary team
• Digital invoice and billing alerts

Please note: Opting in to text messaging is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving veterinary care or purchasing products from our hospital.

Our Privacy Commitment Your privacy is paramount. Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital does not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties, affiliates, or external entities for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
